The Final Rule clarifies the conditions during which an entity FinCEN Identifier can be employed. These modifications, which were being exclusively recommended by commenters, are: (one) to regularly make reference to the entity whose FinCEN Identifier the reporting firm might use as ​“another entity” or ​“the opposite fincen llc reporting
